From its creation to its resolution, a request goes through the following statuses:

1. : Initial status with which your request is created in the system.
2. : Your request is being processed.
3. : We need assistance from another team to resolve your request and we are working on it.
4. : This time we need your help to be able to continue with the resolution of your request. Check your mailbox as we have sent you a notification.
5. : Your request has been resolved.
