Instructions

  1. Navigate to our Fleet Operations Customer Portal by clicking this link.

  2. At the login page, enter your email address and password, and click the Log in button.

  3. If you are logging in for the first time, click on Forgot your password? to create one.

    1. Enter your email address and click Email me.
    2. Wait for a message confirming that a link to reset your password has been sent to your email
    3. Check your mailbox and look for an email from Teladoc Service Desk Portal (jira@teladochealth.com) with “[Teladoc Health] Reset your password” as the subject.

    4. Follow the link in the email and create your new password.

  4. Go back to our customer portal and log in with your new password.
