Navigate to our Fleet Operations Service Desk Portal, available at this link.
At the login page, enter your email address and password, and click the Log in button.
If you are logging in for the first time, click on Forgot your password? to create one.
- Enter your email address and click Email me.
- Wait for the confirmation message.
Check your mailbox and look for an email from Fleet Operations (jira@intouchhealth.atlassian.net) with “Reset Teladoc Service Desk Portal (jira@teladochealth.com) with “[Teladoc Health] Reset your password” as the subject.
Follow the link in the email and enter create your new password.
- Enter your email address and click Email me.
Go back to our portal and log in with your new password.
