Instructions

1. Navigate to our Fleet Operations Customer Portal by clicking this link.

2. At the login page, enter your email address and password, and click the Log in button.

4. Go to https://intouchhealth.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/24

5. Enter your email and click Next.

6. If logging in for the first time, click on Forgot your password? to create one.

   1. Enter your email address and click Email me.

   2. Wait for a message confirming that a link to reset your password has been sent to your email

   3. Check your inbox mailbox and look for an email from Fleet Operations (jira@intouchhealth.atlassian.net) with subject “Reset your password”Teladoc Service Desk Portal (jira@teladochealth.com) with “[Teladoc Health] Reset your password” as the subject.

   4. Follow the link in the email and enter create your new password.

7. Enter your password and click Log inGo back to our customer portal and log in with your new password.
