When you submit a request and want it to be visible to the rest of your teammates, you can share it with them.

Instructions

Here’s how to share your requests:

  1. Log in to our customer portal here.

  2. Go to Requests, in the upper right corner of the screen, then Created by me.

  3. Enter the request you want to add.

  4. Click the Share button and enter the name, email address, or simply the organization of the users you want to share the request with.

  5. Enter the name, email address, or simply the organization of the users you want to share the request with.

  6. Select the desired user or organization.
