Statuses traversed by a request during its life cycle:

  1. NEW: Initial status with which your request is created in our service prokect.
  2. IN PROGRESS: Your request is being processed.
  3. WAITING FOR SUPPORT: We need assistance from another team to resolve your request and we are working on it.
  4. WAITING FOR CUSTOMER: This time we need your help to be able to continue with the resolution of your request. Please check your mailbox as we have sent you a notification with the information we need, or access the request through our customer portal and review the comments section.
  5. CLOSED: Your request has been resolved.
  6. CANCELLED: A request is only canceled at your request. Think of this status as a request deletion.
  7. DUPLICATE: The request is related to a previously submitted request. Progress is tracked on the original request.
  8. CUSTOMER REPLIED: When you add a comment to a request whose status is WAITING FOR CUSTOMER, the status automatically changes to CUSTOMER REPLIED to let us know that you have responded to our inquiry. As soon as we resume the resolution of your request, we will change the status to IN PROGRESS.
