The cancellation of a request is permanent.

Instructions

  1. Log in to our Fleet Operations Customer Portal, available at this link.

  2. In the upper right corner, go to Requests -> My requests if you are the reporter, or All requests if you are cancelling a request shared with you or from a user in your organization. 

  3. Click on the request you want to cancel.

  4. On the right, in the request view, click Cancel.
  5. Add a comment if you prefer.
  6. The status of the request will be updated to CANCELLED.
