Instructions

1. Go Navigate to our Fleet Operations Service Desk portalPortal, available at https://intouchhealth.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/24

2. Enter your email and click Next.

3. this link.

4. At the login page, enter your email address and password, and click the Log in button.

5. If you are logging in for the first time, click on Forgot your password? to create one.

   1. Enter your email address and click Email me.

   2. Wait for the confirmation message.

   3. Check your mailbox and look for an email from Fleet Operations (jira@intouchhealth.atlassian.net) with “Reset your password” as the subject.

   4. Follow the link in the email and enter your new password.

6. Go back to our portal and log in with your new password.
