Instructions

  1. Go to our Fleet Operations Service Desk portal, available at https://intouchhealth.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/24

  2. Enter your email and click Next.

  3. If you are logging in for the first time, click on Forgot your password? to create one.

    1. Check your mailbox and look for an email from Fleet Operations (jira@intouchhealth.atlassian.net) with “Reset your password” as the subject.

    2. Follow the link in the email and enter your new password.

  4. Go back to our portal and log in with your new password.
