From its creation to its resolution, a request goes through the following statuses:

  1. NEW: Initial status with which your request is created in the system.
  2. IN PROGRESS: Your request is being processed.
  3. WAITING FOR SUPPORT: We need assistance from another team to resolve your request and we are working on it.
  4. WAITING FOR CUSTOMER: This time we need your help to be able to continue with the resolution of your request. Check your mailbox as we have sent you a notification.
  5. CLOSED: Your request has been resolved.
